About Mama Hawk's
Mama Hawk’s Kitchen & Coffee was created by the Mama Hawk herself: Liz Hawkins. Originating from New Hope, PA, she is the mother of four grown children. She earned her name from her children’s friends who would come over and visit when her children were young and she would bake them all delicious treats.
The establishment was first opened in 2015 in Hamilton, MO. Hawkins spent two years building up the Mama Hawk brand before she moved back to New Hope. In 2019, a vendor opened that would feature samples of what would eventually be the Mama Hawk’s Kitchen & Coffee. The new location made a full arrival to New Hope in July of 2020 in Peddler’s Village.
Hawkins hoped to make a difference in her community by offering exceptional coffee and baked goods in a location that was warm and welcoming. The kitchen offers a variety of delicious goods from hot, cold, or frozen coffees to baked goods to pizzas. Every food item is made with Mama Hawk’s personal recipes and baked on the premises. Everything is delicious and authentic, baked with as much love as Hawkins put into her food for her children.
Mama Hawk’s is still growing and loves to bring delicious food to all who want to stop by. If you’re in the mood for delicious food or satisfying sweets, stop by Peddler’s Village to visit Mama Hawk and try some of her delectable food!
